Sören Lukassen is the leader of the Medical Omics research group at Berlin Institute of Health. This research group aims to improve healthcare and basic research by developing artificial intelligence-based tools for the analysis of large biomedical datasets. They focus on topics such as single-cell RNA sequencing, medical imaging and methylomics data in the field of medical science.

In the seminar that will take place on June 14th 2024, Sören will talk about the prospective uses of single-cell RNA-seq.
