News: Pere Puigdomènech is appointed to the Scientific Board of the CNRS
The CNRS Scientific Board ensures the consistency of the CNRS' scientific policy in coordination with all the National Committee's scientific advisory bodies. The Board has 30 members who are elected or appointed from the scientific and economic communities. Of the thirty members of the Council, 11 are internal members directly elected by and from CNRS staff and people contributing to its activities, and 19 members are external, appointed by the French Research Ministry and nominated by the CNRS President or by members of the CNRS Scientific Board. Eight these external members are foreign, of which Dr. Pere Puigdomènech is one.
