News: Shoot apex clocks function as the suprachiasmatic nucleus neurons in mammals; published in Cell
An international study led by CRAG researcher Dr. Paloma Mas (CSIC Professor) has discovered that the plant shoot apex clocks resemble the suprachiasmatic nucleus in mammals in their coupling properties and their capacity to synchronize circadian rhythms in distal organs. The results were published in the latest issue of Cell.
