Youth and Science

CRAG participates in the Youth and Science, a gifted programme coordinated by Catalunya-La Pedrera Foundation that aims to foster scientific-technological vocations among students, and to encourage their enthusiasm for pursuing scientific research and careers in science.

This programme is targeted among fifty students in their 4th year of compulsory secondary school (ESO) with talent and a drive to research. For three years, one of them has the opportunity to delve into plant biotechnology and experience research firsthand at CRAG.

Several Catalan research centres, including CRAG, participate in Youth and Science hosting students from all over the world.
